Small Magic: Fun, Fast & Useful Mini Books

Learn quick, easy, and fun ways to make mini books. In an afternoon, you can easily create a 'pocketful' of unique & handmade mini books.

These mini books are great for personalized birthday greetings, thank you notes, secret pal gifts, or impromptu tokens of appreciation.

Mini Magnets

Create a gallery of miniature collages on business-card magnets. Each collage is a playful combination of 'found' images, words, beautiful papers, colorful foils and decorative elements.

These mini magnets cost pennies to make but are guaranteed to spark your creativity and reduce stress. Funky, quirky, calming or inspiring it's your choice!

Mapping: A Way to See Life More Clearly

Personal mapping is a unique, creative, low-risk way to explore your inner or outer 'world' by using real maps and geography-as-metaphor.

Through this simple but effective activity, you can discover fresh insights about your past, your present, or your dreams and hopes for the future.

We will use simple materials such as paper, crayons, markers, maps and pictures. The process is private and non-threatening.

You need absolutely NO prior experience, special skills, or artistic ability to create meaningful and beautiful 'maps.'

Serendipity Squares: Making Beauty from Scraps

This activity is a lesson for life we will work with whatever we have to make something colorful, beautiful and useful. Using re-claimed and recycled materials old calendars, gift-wrap, candy foil, magazine clippings, we will tear, cut, layer, stamp and embellish to create a truly unique page. And then, well, you'll have to wait and see! Use your one-of-a-kind serendipity squares to make unique greeting cards, bookmarks, gift tags, decorated journals, personalized day-timers, or impromptu art.
